Fudge

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted but not hot
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp stevia (equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar, see Resources)
10 drops Cookies & Cream
7 oz (by weight) Kirkand Mixed Nut Butter with Seeds

The nut butter can be purchased for a lower price at Costco. Sometimes natural oil separation occurs and the best way to resolve this issue is to scoop the nut butter into a bowl, mix it with a hand mixer (2 beaters), and store the results.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the nut butter and mix with a hand mixer (2 beaters). Then add almond butter, blend until smooth, and refrigerate. This is my go-to snack and highly recommended.

I suggest you double the recipe: 1 cup butter, 1 cup cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsps stevia, 20 drops (1 dropper) Cookies & Cream, and 1/2 jar (13 1/2 oz ≅ 14 oz) of nut butter.
