Frosting

A low-carb frosting that is a great topping for Almond Butter Fudge.

Ingredients

120 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
240 g heavy cream
50 g swerve confectioners sugar
20 drops (1 ml) LorAnn's Bavarian Cream, Cookies & Cream, or Vanilla Extract (best listed first)

Instructions

Combine ingredients, mix with a stick blender until stiff (about 2 minutes), and refrigerate.
