Fudge

Must eat in moderation. Must eat in moderation. Top with a bit of Frosting.

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted but not hot
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp stevia (equivalent to 3/4 cup sugar, see Resources)
6 drops Cookies & Cream
7 oz (by weight) Kirkand Mixed Nut Butter with Seeds

The nut butter can be purchased at Costco. Sometimes natural oil separation occurs and the best way to resolve this issue is to scoop the nut butter into a bowl, mix it with a hand mixer (2 beaters), and store the results.

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the nut butter and mix with a hand mixer (2 beaters). Then add almond butter, blend until smooth, and refrigerate.

I suggest you double the recipe: 1 cup butter, 1 cup cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tsps stevia, 12 drops (one dropper) Cookies & Cream, and 1/2 jar (13 1/2 oz ≅ 14 oz) of nut butter.
